This magnificent water feature is manufactured from Corten steel, which provides it with its spectacular unique appearance. As water flows from the spout of the feature, the Corten steel reacts to create a layer of rust, thereby oxidising the surface to provide weatherproof and corrosion-resistant qualities as well as a striking rustic aesthetic. Weathered steel is quickly becoming a staple of modern architecture, praised for its unique contemporary style. Contrast the fountain’s corten steel with the included stainless steel reservoir, which makes this feature suitable for indoor use.

Please note: Corten steel takes approximately three days to start to develop its protective layer, depending on weather conditions. If you wish to speed up this process, you can rub salt and/or vinegar onto the feature with a cloth.

Stainless Steel Reservoir

This use of this reservoir enables you to use your water feature indoors. It has a capacity of 162L and is open to give total access to the pump.

Pebbles or slate can be placed in the reservoir when everything has been fixed into place, offering an attractive contrast between the sleek modern feature and the natural world. It also serves the dual purpose of concealing the feet and the pump. In today’s air conditioned environments, this feature helps to reach the medically recommended air humidity of 45-55%.
